Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Checks are accepted with driver's license and home phone number on the face of the check. Money Orders are also accepted. MasterCard/Visa can be accepted in person or via phone or email -- contact me for details.

For Resins, a 50% non-refundable down-payment is required when you order, the remainder to be paid prior to delivery. For Bronze, a 33% non-refundable down-payment is required when you order, then the rest of the payments can be paid in thirds. Shipping and handling costs apply, as well as 7% tax in Ohio. I also offer a layaway payment program if you need to make payments in smaller increments. For layaways, I charge no interest as long as payments are made monthly and on time.. Delivery will be made after all the payments are complete.

Due to the creative process required to hand-cast each piece, and the hands-on attention to detail given by the artist to each signed artwork, please allow 2 to 4 months for delivery on sculpture and wall art and special order jewelry.

ALL SALES FINAL. No refunds, no returns. Artwork is shipped fully insured. If a piece is damaged in shipping to you, you must notify me within three (3) days of receiving the package that it has been damaged. The damaged artwork shall be returned in accordance with return instructions within thirty (30) days of receiving it so I can make an insurance claim. The damaged artwork will be replaced as soon as possible. (Since most of my sculptures are cast to order, replacing it may take up to four months.)

COLLECTOR'S DISCOUNT! For those of you who have purchased at least one piece of art from me for at least $1000, I offer a Collector's Discount of 10% on future purchases of $1000 or more (including pre-casting special prices). I also offer a "referral discount." If someone you refer to me purchases an artwork, you get 20% off of something of equal value. If you refer five people to me who purchase artwork from me, you get an artwork of equal value to what they've been buying for FREE. Now get out there and get your friends to purchase some art from me! :-) If you qualify for this discount and wish to apply for it, please tell me the name of the artwork and when you purchased it. And if you refer friends here to purchase art from me, be sure they tell me who told them about my work so you can get your discount. Thanks!

For orders originating outside the U.S., we do not charge you for local duties or taxes on non-U.S. shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
